Go From Clueless Preggie To Confident Mama, In As Little As 4 Weeks
Birth Without Wahala is BirthSafe’s digital antenatal program. It trains you in everything you should do and avoid, from the first trimester to the fourth, to prevent complications in pregnancy and childbirth.

See how ready you are for birth, then whether the program fits you.
Hospitals have stopped teaching
You know the routine.
- You get to the hospital and pick your number.
- You go to the lab to give a sample for your tests.
- You come back to have your vitals checked.
- Then, finally, you’re called in.
Doctor: Madam, any complaints?
You: No.
Doctor: Okay, take these recommended supplements. Next!
And just like that, it’s over. You walk out with a bag of supplements and every question you walked in with. Is my baby okay? Am I doing this right? What should I be avoiding?
This is what pregnant women go through. They go in and come out of hospitals still clueless about what they should and shouldn’t be doing in pregnancy.
Since 2022, BirthSafe has tackled this problem head on, training more than 10,000 women.
When you meet a BirthSafe Mama, what strikes you first?
- Her confidence
- How much she knows
- How the hospital staff respect her
- The things she mentions that you’ve never heard of, even after registering in four hospitals
It can be frustrating. You were told to attend antenatal. You registered, you go to every appointment, and you still don’t know what shows whether your pregnancy is safe or not.
Don’t panic. The confident BirthSafe Mamas you see were once like you: clueless, confused and unsure what to do. Birth Without Wahala was designed for you.
How it works
The program comes in two parts.
Part 1: Four weeks of intensive training
- Study your lessons and materials
- A free private consult to check that your pregnancy is on the right track
- Consult sessions where you bring medical questions about anything you don’t understand
- The PCV Challenge, to learn how to build your blood quickly
Part 2: The maintenance phase, for 11 months
- Build on what you’ve learned
- More consult sessions to keep learning
- Track your pregnancy with the scan checklist and fetal weight chart you receive
- Community prayer and testimony sessions
- Live birth preparation sessions in your third trimester
You get access for a full year, but in as little as four weeks you’ll be so transformed that everyone will ask what you did.
It isn’t for everyone
You’re likely a good fit if you:
- Are pregnant or trying to get pregnant
- Have a smartphone or laptop
- Have access to power
- Can commit 20 minutes to learn
- Can get the recommended medication, supplements and tests
It’s especially helpful for
- First-time mums
- Repeat mums who had complications in a previous pregnancy or birth
- IVF mums
